Dr. G. "Dock" Dockery graduated as valedictorian of his class with top honors from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1976. He did a surgical residency in foot and ankle surgery at the Waldo Podiatric Surgical Residency Program in Seattle and graduated in 1977. He is the founder of the Northwest Podiatric Foundation for Education and Research, USA, and is currently the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Director of Scientific Affairs of this organization.
Dr. Dockery is a Fellow and Past Board of Directors of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Pediatrics, the American Society of Podiatric Dermatology and the American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine. He is Board Certified in Foot and Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is Board Certified in Podiatric Orthopedics by the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine.
Dr. Dockery was the Director of Medical Education and Residency Training of the Waldo Podiatric Surgical Residency Program for many years and still maintains a close relationship with the current Northwest Podiatric Surgical Residency Program at Swedish Medical Center, Providence Hospital Campus, in Seattle. He has authored several textbooks including: Color Atlas and Text of Forefoot Surgery (Mosby 1992); Cutaneous Disorders of the Lower Extremity (WB Saunders 1997); Color Atlas of Foot & Ankle Dermatology (Lippincott 1999); and, Lower Extremity Soft Tissue & Cutaneous Plastic Surgery (Elsevier 2006). He has also authored numerous scientific articles in peer-reviewed medical journals and other publications.
Dr. Dockery is a nationally and internationally known lecturer and continues to travel extensively throughout the world to scientific seminars to present his diagnostic and surgical techniques and to speak on medical topics regarding the lower extremities.

Dr. Kuwada graduated from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, CA., in 1976. He completed a surgical residency in foot and ankle surgery in Philadelphia and graduated in 1977. He began private practice in Seattle, WA, and has a current practice in Renton, WA.
Dr. Kuwada is the co-founder of the Northwest Podiatric Foundation for Education and Research, USA, and is currently a Board of Trustees and secretary of this organization. He is Board Certified in Foot and Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is Board Certified in Orthopedics by the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine.
Dr Kuwada has served as Assistant Residency Director of the Waldo Podiatric Surgical Residency Program in Seattle, and the Director and Founder of Podiatric Education and Residency Training for many years at the Greenriver Residency Program. He stays active with residency training. He has authored numerous articles in scientific and medical journals and has written several textbooks on meditation and self- help. He continues teaching meditation and other self-help techniques.
Dr. Kuwada has developed several new surgical procedures and classifications of injuries for the foot and ankle. He is a nationally known lecturer and continues to travel to scientific seminars to speak and present his surgical techniques.

Dr. Hutchinson graduated from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in 1982. He completed a two-year residency program in foot and ankle surgery at the Waldo Podiatric Surgical Residency Program in Seattle, WA. He has been in private practice in Burien, WA., since 1984.
Dr. Hutchison is a Fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgery and is Board Certified in Foot and Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He is also the past President of this national surgical board. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the Waldo Medical Foundation.
He served as Director of Podiatric Education and Residency Training at the Waldo Program for many years and was also program director of the Foot & Ankle Institute at St. Francis Hospital in Federal Way. He has authored several articles and scientific papers and chapters in medical journals and texts and is a well-known lecturer and speaker to medical meetings.
Dr. Hutchinson serves on the faculty of the teaching programs of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons at the Orthopaedic Learning Center in Chicago, IL. Dr. Hutchinson is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Northwest Podiatric Foundation for Education and Research, USA.

Dr. Nilson is former Chief of Podiatry Staff at the Fifth Avenue Hospital and is currently the Chairman of the Board of the Waldo Medical Foundation. Dr. Cherie H. Johnson graduated from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in 1995 and received multiple honors including valedictorian of her graduating class. She completed her three-year podiatric surgical residency program at the Northwest Podiatric Surgical Residency at Swedish Medical Center. She previously completed her undergraduate training at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in Kinesiology.
Dr. Johnson is currently in private practice at the Ankle and Foot Clinic of Everett and is Board Certified in Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Surgery through the the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. She is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Her medical staff appointments include Swedish Medical Center, Seattle, WA and Providence Everett Medical Center, Everett, WA. She has served as Wound Consultant for the Swedish Wound Healing Center at the Cherry Hill Campus. Additionally, she is the Director of Residency Training for the Northwest Podiatric Surgical Residency Program at Swedish Medical Center.
Dr. Johnson has produced award winning manuscript articles and multiple textbook chapters and has lectured throughout the country. She has spent extensive time in the research laboratory. Her original research related to the biomechanics of the first ray of the foot, peroneus longus, equinus and shin splints has been nationally recognized.
Dr. Johnson is a dedicated wife and mother of two daughters and one son.

Ms. Carter joined Northwest Podiatric Foundation in February 1998, where she currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Administration. She had previously served as a Director of Development with WALDO Medical Foundation since 1996. Prior to her role in the non-profit medical industry, Tresha was the Promotion Director for KIRO/KSEA FM Radio in Seattle. She obtained her Bachelors of Arts degree in Marketing and Broadcast/Media Sales from Brigham Young University. In her spare time she is a full-time wife and mother of 4 children.
