The Northwest Podiatric Foundation is approved by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education as a sponsor of continuing education in podiatric medicine. NWPF cannot be held liable for events beyond its control, such as acts of God, government regulations, disasters or weather-related hazards, civil unrest, or any other emergency, making it inadvisable or impossible to hold the conference. NWPF will make every effort to inform the participants as soon as possible to enable the participants to cancel hotel and flight arrangements.
Assistants may register for CEU credits, but they will attend the physician's program unless otherwise stated. Discounted tuition is available at some meetings for: Residents; Military; Retirees and APMA Life Members.
Tangerine Travel (formerly ETI Travel) does not handle seminar registration. If you register less then three weeks prior to seminar date, there is a $50 late registration fee (added to the tuition fee). NWPF will accept cancellations. The registration fee less a $75 service charge per person will be refunded if cancellation is made more than one week in advance. If cancellation is made less than a week prior to the seminar, a "certificate of transfer" will be issued good for tuition at another NWPF resort seminar.
Lost CEU certificates or those not picked up at the seminar require a $10 processing fee for mailing.
